A Different Way to Address Odor
Unlike technologies that focus on reducing bacteria or masking unwanted smells, Polygiene OdorCrunch2.0 targets odor molecules directly. During wear, the technology captures and absorbs odor molecules within the textile structure, helping prevent them from being released. When the garment is washed, the absorbed odor molecules are released, effectively refreshing the technology’s odor-capture capacity for continued performance. The result? Garments that stay fresher for longer between wash cycles, without compromising comfort, breathability, or appearance.
Designed for Modern Textiles
Polygiene OdorCrunch2.0 has been engineered to perform reliably on challenging fabrics, including lightweight 100% polyester, as well as blended and natural fibre constructions. It integrates seamlessly into existing textile finishing processes, including padding and exhaust application methods, making it easy for mills and brands to adopt. The technology delivers durable odor absorption performance beyond 20 washes and has been tested in accordance with ISO 17299, including on lightweight polyester fabrics.
