Textile Ministry Reviews Ongoing Programmes to Drive Industry Growth

Union Minister of Textiles Giriraj Singh chaired a review meeting with senior officials of the Ministry of Textiles to evaluate the progress of various schemes, programmes, and strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening India’s textile sector.

During the meeting, the Minister reviewed the implementation status of ongoing projects and discussed measures to enhance their effectiveness and impact. Emphasis was placed on improving execution, monitoring key activities, and ensuring timely achievement of the Ministry’s objectives.

The discussions also focused on accelerating efforts to support the growth and development of India’s textile industry, while reinforcing the Ministry’s commitment to driving innovation, competitiveness, and sustainable expansion across the sector.

Senior officials presented updates on ongoing initiatives and outlined steps to further strengthen programme delivery and achieve targeted outcomes.
