Benninger strengthens presence in Brazil through Grupo NS partnership
The collaboration brings together Benninger’s more than 160 years of experience in textile finishing, dyeing and automation with Grupo NS’s established service network in Brazil. The partnership aims to provide textile manufacturers with not only advanced machinery but also process expertise, operator training, spare parts, automation support and long-term technical service.
Brazil remains one of the largest textile markets in the Americas, with manufacturers increasingly investing in integrated production solutions that improve efficiency while reducing environmental impact. Through the partnership, Brazilian customers will gain easier access to Benninger’s complete portfolio backed by local service infrastructure.
Benninger offers a wide range of continuous and discontinuous wet processing technologies, including singeing, fabric preparation, washing, mercerising, Cold Pad Batch processing, jet dyeing and jigger dyeing for woven, knitted and technical textiles. The company focuses on delivering complete production systems that integrate automation, chemical preparation and dosing, fabric handling and process control rather than standalone machinery.
The integrated systems are designed to improve fabric quality, increase first-pass production efficiency and provide greater manufacturing flexibility across different fibre types and blends. The technologies also help reduce water, energy and chemical consumption through resource-efficient processes, while heat recovery, water recycling and caustic recovery systems can further lower operating costs and environmental impact.
