Italian textile machinery manufacturer Ferraro S.p.A. has completed the acquisition of the “Finishing” business unit of Cibitex S.r.l., a company known for developing and manufacturing advanced textile finishing technologies.

The deal marks a strategic move for both companies, aimed at strengthening their industrial and commercial capabilities in the global textile industry.
