RIICO has launched the 10th phase of its direct allotment scheme for industrial plots at the Rupaheli Textile Park in Rajasthan, offering plots ranging from 1,500 sq metres to 36,000 sq metres.
The scheme is open to investors who signed Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the Rajasthan government during the Rising Rajasthan Summit. Eligible applicants can submit online applications through RIICO’s official portal until May 14, 2026. RIICO officials stated that companies yet to sign MoUs may still complete the process before the deadline to participate in the allotment programme.
The textile park is designed to accommodate a wide range of industries, including cotton and natural fibre processing, man-made fibre manufacturing, garment and apparel production, technical textiles, wool processing, handloom, handicrafts and textile accessories.
Located in Hurda tehsil and spread across 209 hectares, the Rupaheli Textile Park includes 275 industrial plots ranging in size from 500 sq metres to 1,25,000 sq metres. The park is being developed with infrastructure facilities to support spinning, weaving, processing and garment manufacturing operations.
RIICO has approved an investment of ₹221 crore for the project’s development. Construction activities currently underway include roads, culverts, boundary walls and power infrastructure, along with the installation of high-mast lighting systems. The project has also received environmental clearance from the State-Level Impact Assessment Authority.
Investors setting up operations in the park will be eligible for benefits under the Rajasthan Textile and Apparel Policy 2025. These incentives include long-term support for asset creation, exemptions on stamp duty and electricity duty, incentives for sustainable and eco-friendly solutions, and reimbursement of up to 50 percent of employee training expenses. Additional incentives will also be available for MSMEs under the Rajasthan MSME Policy 2024.
