Li & Fung has expanded its licensing partnership with Vera Bradley to include apparel products.
The expanded licensing agreement will introduce Vera Bradley-branded apparel, including tops, sweaters, outerwear, dresses, and swimwear, beginning with a Holiday 2026 launch.

Li & Fung has expanded its licensing partnership with lifestyle brand Vera Bradley, extending the collaboration beyond home products and into the apparel segment. The move follows the strong market performance of Vera Bradley’s home collection, which was introduced through the partnership in 2025.

Under the new agreement, facilitated by IMG Licensing, Li & Fung will develop and distribute a range of apparel products that incorporate Vera Bradley’s signature patterns, vibrant colors, and distinctive design elements. The initial rollout will feature tops, sweaters, and outerwear for the Holiday 2026 season, with dresses and swimwear scheduled to follow for the Cruise 2027 season.

The collection is designed to appeal to a broad, multigenerational customer base while maintaining the brand’s recognizable identity. Products will be distributed through multiple retail channels, including full-price stores, specialty retailers, off-price outlets, and warehouse clubs, helping expand Vera Bradley’s reach in the fashion market.

Li & Fung stated that the expansion represents a natural progression of its relationship with Vera Bradley and reflects growing opportunities in brand licensing. By leveraging its global sourcing, supply chain, and retail expertise, the company aims to scale the apparel business while preserving the brand’s core aesthetic and customer appeal.

For Vera Bradley, the apparel launch marks a significant extension of its lifestyle portfolio. The company believes the new category will provide consumers with additional ways to engage with the brand while complementing its existing offerings in handbags, travel accessories, home goods, and other lifestyle products.

The partnership highlights the growing role of licensing as brands seek new avenues for growth and diversification. With apparel expected to become an important addition to Vera Bradley’s product lineup, both companies are positioning themselves to capitalize on evolving consumer demand across fashion and lifestyle categories.
