Epson has expanded its industrial textile printing portfolio in India with the launch of two advanced printing solutions – the SureColor SC-G9030 Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer and the SureColor SC-F20030 dye-sublimation printer. The new systems are designed to help textile manufacturers, garment exporters, and print service providers meet the growing demand for high-quality, efficient, and sustainable digital printing.
India’s textile and apparel industry continues to experience strong growth, driven by increasing exports, rising demand for customized products, and the adoption of digital manufacturing technologies. As businesses seek greater flexibility and faster production cycles, digital textile printing is emerging as a key enabler of innovation and sustainability.
The SureColor SC-G9030 is a high-production DTF printer engineered for commercial textile transfer printing. Capable of printing up to 34.1 square meters per hour, the system supports a wide range of materials including cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, leather, and rigid surfaces. Its versatility makes it suitable for fashion apparel, sportswear, promotional merchandise, and personalized products.
Key features of the SC-G9030 include Epson’s PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead technology, an integrated front heater for improved print quality, large-capacity UltraChrome DF ink packs for extended production runs, and Epson Edge Print Pro software for streamlined workflow management.
With these latest additions, Epson aims to support India’s transition toward advanced digital textile manufacturing by offering solutions that improve productivity, reduce waste, and deliver consistent print quality across diverse applications.
